VA or IPS 21.5" for text (Word-Excel) and Internet?

Hi!

We'll buy some monitors at work, exclusively for Word-Excel and Internet Browsing. 21.5" is the only option we have, due to cost restrictions, so which Panel is better for our use? VA or IPS?

These are 4 monitors we have in mind to choose from:

ViewSonic VA2265SM-3 (VA)
Dell SE2216H (VA)
Philips 223V7QHAB (IPS)
LG 22MP48D-P (IPS)

and maybe (if affordable) 5. Dell SE2416H (IPS)

Any suggestions?

I'd go IPS. The better motion handling may be help when scrolling lines and lines in excel .

That paired with the better viewing angles - which may be useful in certain scenarios.

ive had two samsung va monitors and the text was horrible on both, seemed broken up, never had any problem with ips
