Hmmm just logged on to have a bash on CS:S and it seams ive been banned. But I never cheat!!!!!! The only thing I can think of is that ive been installing Mani-Admin plugin for my own server in the last few days, but I doubt that had caused it. :rolleyes:

Anyone know the contact details for VAC?
 
Are you VAC banned or just banned from a particular server?

Do you have anything other than CS:S on the account? i.e. gifted games or MW2

Usually a VAC ban isn't reversed.
 
You got caught hacking. VAC is 100% unreversible, even if it is, they won't do it for people who got hacked and banned before they got it back, what makes you think they'd do it for someone who claims to have not been hacking?
 
VAC's a joke. I know someone who has been cheating constantly for 4 months on VAC servers, with tonnes of people reporting him, and he's still not banned.

1. Valve don't give a toss about reporting, if VAC doesn't ban them they won't step in.
2. VAC is like all other anti-cheats, it isn't perfect.
3. Why does anyone still play with him if they know he hacks?
 
You don't just become banned by VAC like that. Somebody must've submitted a screenshot/clip of you doing something naughty and submitted it to valve's system and what you have done has warranted a ban in their eyes.

valve do not look at ss or clips submitted to them vac bans people automatically
 
Well either you or someone using your Steam ID has used a cheat of some sort, otherwise your CSS wouldn't have a VAC ban on it.

Simple as.

Hackers normally aren't that considerate to only play while you're offline. If you've been hacked, you'd notice.

I think the fact this guy vanished shortly after posting the message says it all. He's guilty as sin and was looking for a way out.
 
I know the crack like but I honestly don't cheat, I've been playing this game since it came out as the orig CS before steam.

Ive read up about certain glitches on VAC in wikipedia, I really just need their contact details so I can get it sorted.

Not likely, im logged into steam 99% of the time my PC is on. And it usually says something about logging into another PC if someone has.

I wouldn't post if I had been cheating lol.... I only want to contact VAC so I can either get unbanned or pass the details onto a family member who's a solicitor to put the wind up them for illegally banning me.

Do you honestly expect people to believe you must be innocent because you've posted claiming your innocence? And frankly, lol, if you think your solicitor family member is going to bring VAC to its knee's when you can't even prove you've not been hacking.

I thought i'd check the wiki page too:

"Cheats may be hidden inside otherwise legitimate mod or skin downloads that are created to maliciously get innocent people banned. Since the source of a cheat installed on a computer cannot be proven, bans due to this are never rescinded."

So, either you are innocent and you were screwed over by a bogus plugin or you aren't and you were hacking. Either way, its not getting reversed unless its proven to be a major problem with VAC itself:

You all think i'm cheating, been cheating w/e, but I can't stress enough i'm not, never have and never will. Its just so frustrating knowing that I've been royally fisted!!!!!

I might just do what brits do best, write a poxy miserable letter to Mike Harrington and Gabe Newell.
