Is it just me, or do most drivers of cars with this engine, particularly Audi A3's, A4's and Golf's seem to think that they are driving some kind of rocket ship, just because they have a little bit of torque? The amount of times over the past few years where they are sat in the outside lane like they own it and then put their foot down and cover me in smoke to try and show that they are a faster car is laughable. Also on roads where lanes merge it's typically one of these sorts of cars pulling up in the outside lane trying to nail everyone off the lights. 
Don't get me wrong, IME it's not limited to VAG engines, but it's the type that seems to stick out.
