VAio Partition

Im running a VAio sz1m/b,

If i right click on "My Computer" and pick "Manage".
Choose "Disk Management" to see the partitions on my hard drive. Theres one with a blank name and is 6.99gb big,
It is a hidden partition...


How do i get into this partititon?

That partition will contain the system recovery files to allow you to reinstall Windows and all the supplied software back to the factory defaults.

While you should be able to gain access to it by unhiding it and giving it a drive letter I wouldn't recommend it. There won't be any free space to speak of in there and you may render the recovery process unusable.

So how would i go about installing xp? or trying to write the stuff to disc as a back up?
