As tempting as the 3 courses for a tenner from Tesco is, I'll be cooking my girlfriend a nice meal. Fellow cooks, what are you cooking for your significant others?
I'm planning on Sole Veronique for main course, followed by New York Cheesecake with a fruit coulis or a pavlova.
No idea what to do for starter, maybe baked brie or something like that.
