Valid grounds to RMA Case?

if this is the wrong section, will a mod move it please?

Ive a Corsair graphite 600T case. while I do love it, there are a few problems.

the front USB header has died. well 2/4 USBs have anyway. I've tried it on 2 different motherboards.

the built in fan controller is defective too. its either on or off, and is supposed to be a speed controller. it also dies if I've 4 fans plugged into it. I can only run 2 to 3 fans off it at most. I don't even use it anymore cause of that.

The front 200mm fan has a problematic bearing. after a few hours it'll rattle like mad, and I've either got to reboot or forceably stop it spinning for a few seconds to get it to work again.

These seem quite petty, but collectively, become a real annoyance. I'm just looking for a replacement of the same case. is that too much to ask? do I have legitimate grounds?

Thanks for any comment.

If you are unhappy with it then get it replaced with one that is 100% working, why live with something thats faulty, especially when it cost you lots of money

Get in touch with Corsair, chances are they'll send you out a new front header, fan controller and probably a new fan. Especially considering their a relatively good company customer service wise.

Agreed with KD. Corsair have really good replacement services, when I even hinted that my power supply was playing up, they offered an instant replacement. I'd imagine it's not limited to the PSU, just talk to them.

Scryus.

Depending on how the cable on the usb is connected it could have just come of at the back of the ports, I had a case do this as the cables were a very tight fit to fit on the motherboard headers, the fan controller is only probably meant to control a couple of fans? the one that came with my fractal was for 3 fans only, maybe you are just connected up too many.
