Does anyone know of a clean way to remove characters like this?
Now, the site in question is worldwide, and as such I've passed up things like an A-Z a-z 0-9 regex replace, cause it will clean too aggressively against russians for example.
I thought someone may have created a nice clean function somewhere, to strip out these image type unicode characters... but cannot find one.
Any clever ideas?
