Validating a website

I'm trying to get a new site to validate, this is a bit of a problem because the output doesnt specidfy which file the "errors" are from.

Is there a way of showing what files these lines are from as they are all included and called files.

Thing is index php contains no "html" - it is purely php where it calls other files, hence my query about identifying where these errors lie and in which file that was called.
