Valuation & Advice Required Please :)

Hi Guys, im looking to sell my year old PC to fund a brand spanking new watercooled system, but as I never really dabble in the second hand market I have no idea how much I can expect for my current kit. I have been offered £300 but I don't really know if this is too low. Anyway, what I have is

CPU - Athlon X2 3800+
RAM - Corsair 2gb TwinX 3200PT (CL3)
MOB - A8N32 Deluxe SLI
GPU - Gigabyte 7600GT (Passive Cooled)
PSU - Corsair 520w
CASE - Antec P180 Black (but the front usb ports are broken)

Also, im looking to build a system based on the E7650, but, Penryn is not that far away and with speeds at 3ghz+ would it be worth just hanging onto my current rig for another 12 months as Its not bad for gaming (plus from what ive read the current DX10 cards suck at DX10 games)

£300 is reasonable for that, if you can get anymore its a bonus but I wouldn't complain.
