I've bought the track car (318is) and now need something cheap and cheerful to run around in..

A friend of mine is selling his wife's 2001 Fiat Punto 1.2 and has it up for £1950... He's said to me, make me an offer and I aint got a clue how much to offer...

How much do you think its worth?

Wouldn't bother. If you want something cheap and cheerful of that ilk buy a Polo or something for ~£500.

If you are going to have a really old 318 for track work then surely you want something nice to drive day to day?

On a side note, If you pull me over speeding and I tell you im form D OCUK's will you not give me a ticket?

Also could you tell me the best way to get away with speeding?

It's hateful offer him £1500. They are the sort of cars that are ok if you hate cars/have no interest when new but fall to pieces quite quickly. I would never buy one.
