Racing game wise, not really - most of them are going for "realism" and "simulation" nowadays.
The few there are out there unfortunately seem to be designed with a gamepad in mind.
However Assetto Corsa is great if you want a racing sim, but it is better with a wheel and pedals.
I read on the NMS thread that there is no Joystick support (which would be odd right)?
The T16000M pairs nicely with a CH Pro Throttle or mouse in games like Star Citizen etc. Just requires a bit of setup.
I'd also strongly recommend having a look at Kirk's channel, he's used pretty much every stick out there and has a lot of experience in flight sims etc:
