Value Gaming Bundles

Silly question, but got to ask. Thinking of getting this for my son for his birthday,

"Recon Z97A" Configurable Intel Core i3/i5/i7 Asus Z97 Value Gaming Bundle

I have a Antec case, and a good power supply unit and SSD drive. When it says built to order, does is mean that it comes shipped with the CPU, Cooler and RAM all installed? I'd just need to screw it into the case then?

Try posting in the Customer Services forum to get a quicker answer to that.

If you select the Raijintek Rhea cooler, it's a very easy push-pin one, like the stock cooler.

Could watch some vids with your son on how to install the stuff and let him do some of it for a little sense of achievement. Plus save £30 that could go on a better processor for example.

YOUR BASKET
1 x Intel Core i5-4690 3.50GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail £175.99
1 x Asus H81M-PLUS Intel H81 (Socket 1150) DDR3 Micro ATX Motherboard £41.99
1 x TeamGroup Vulcan GOLD 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (TLYED38G1600HC9DC01) £35.99
1 x Raijintek Rhea Heatpipe CPU Cooler - PWM - 92mm £12.95
Total : £266.92

If you wanted a Z motherboard to add a "K" chip in future for overclocking, then I'd suggest getting on the latest Z170 platform instead of Z87/97, for better upgrade/"future-proofing" options.

thanks for the reply. I just have shovels for hands, and have snapped the connectors on a fan before through frustration in trying to push it in. And putting paste on the cpu, well, you should see how I put wallpaper up :)
