Valve 'Probably' Done With Single-Player Games

Not sure how I feel about this, I prefer singleplayer games over multiplayer in the vast majority of cases.

Anyway, I'm not saying I hate multiplayer games, I've played 300 hours in L4D2, 150 in TF2 plus many more in other games. I'm just saying a high quality singleplayer experience will beat a multiplayer one for me. I don't mind coop in games, as long as theres still a mode where I can play through by myself.

That was isolated, this is where they incorporate it into the main game. You can buy HLDM separately, you can't buy the Portal 2 coop separately.

Sorry for the considerable bump, but see this. Seems people were misinterpreting what he said, or presuming the worst.
