Vangaurd unsubcription probs

OK i bought Vanguard a little over a month ago, installed registered and set *** account to 3 monthly payment expecting it to take the money from my account if i did not unsubscribe.

I played the game a bit and did not enjoy so after a week i seased to play and attempted to unsubscribe. However even though i got a screen saying thank you for playing the account details screen still showed next payment due on the 13th March.

I have now been billed by SOE for the next 3 months and there now seems to be no option to unsubscribe on the accounts page.

I have tried to contact SOE but to little avail.

So how do i a) unsubscribe and b) get my money back?

Has anyone else had this problem?

And if anyone has a number for a UK SOE account helpline id appreciate it.

I am having the exact same problem with Vanguard mate, Sony are billing me despite me having selected the unsubscribe option.

Have emailed them 3 times and heard nothing back, will have to take this further, totally unacceptable.
