Did a search and found a graph that showed the number of people subscribed , and it showed around 50,000 people mark. And right now im craving for a game like Vanguard. I tried the 10 days trial and absolutely loved it.

Anyways having 50,000 people on a huge map, isnt that not ... too shabby? i mean.. do you see people around there and here? or absolutely no one...

I did, but it kind of got stale.

The pvp server I was on became empty. I've kept an ear out, but heard things never picked up again.

Shame, it was such a good game, I absolutely loved it..

Well me and a friend of mine is going to give it a go for a month... Anyone care to join us ??

There's a euro server merge planned for a few days time. They've already merged the US ones and it's a lot more lively. Last patch did a lot for performance too, might be worth a look in a week or two.

may do,

but im hooked on wow still and when i played this it was really bad :(

Dont get much time to play games at the mo, so what little time i do get is on wow and a bf2 fix lol

Wow, thanks for that info,
Also, is there anywhere i can just download the client for free? Can i get the beta and get that to update?

I was gonna try it but I heard it needed a top of the range rig to run it. My rigs a bit old now (AMD 64 3.5Ghz, 1Gb RAM, ATi Radeon 9800) and as I've just bought my first house I won't be able to afford to upgrade for a while. So I thought I'd pass on this one.

Gosh, this games deserves better than 6 posts in half a day... i did the trial and ABSOLUTELY loved it!, well i must confess it was like wow... but kind of more mature, and packed with great goodies. Only if more played it.. what a shame of such a great game

Also played it on release but gave up after a month due to it being god awful. I've picked it up again though on Station Pass (I play EQ and fancied a quick jaunt back to EQ2) and it does seem to have improved a lot. Seems like with the merge and a year of SOE giving it the EQ2 treatment it could be finally ready for release

I found it was buggy and with my rig had major framerate problems not sure if it was the slowdown bug but at times in any town i would be in single figured framerate a lot use to go up and down as i moved or turned in the end gave up but did like the game more so the pity.
