RSR W3D2 (6*6 @ 140kg) Urgh. That was gross... wanted to vomit before the last rep of the fifth set, and had to take a 20sec breather before the final rep. Same issue on the last set. Never thought I'd look forward to srs intense work in the coming weeks, but any more volume and I might explode...


I love/hate those feels

p)-70-75-80(1) That's disappointing - a knee twinge I got from yesterday's penultimate squat rep seems to be slightly more prolonged that I'd thought. Shoulders were a bit stiff, and I have no idea what my left one is doing...
