Vanquish coming to Steam 25/05/17

Spotted this last night just after I'd loaded a £20 gift voucher into my Steam wallet, think I know what it's going on already :D

Was a great game, only let down by the terrible framerate on the PS3. I always hoped that this would one day make it to PC!
 
It the typical Platinum game, I would say ageless in terms of gameplay, it's fast paced and fun, and at times dam right challenging
 
Loved and completed this on the xbox360, rare for me to complete games too!

Well chuffed, on the watchlist waiting for a bit of a discount and I'll nab it.
 
£14.99 is way too much I will wait until its 50-75% off as I already own the game on Xbox 360. PC is just higher FPS, higher resolutions & upscaled dated ingame cutscenes & muddy textures. Also very short game on PC its around 3-4 hours long and only 5 similar looking chapters. Sadly the PC port just highlights the game is 7 years old and has not aged well plus modern PC hardware means its all over too quickly.
 
So, never played the original. Got this over the weekend.

Love it! So action packed and smooth to play. Yes it looks dated, but sometimes it does look stunning too, but with the speed of the action you hardly get a chance to admire anything.

Have been live streaming this on my mates twitch, 2 sessions so far and currently stuck on the "Unknown" fight.

I also just read the higher the fps the more damage you take, might explain why it gets a bit mental sometimes!
