i think it's the lack of Physx giving you a lower score than expected i had the same when i upgraded from a GTX260 to a 5850, at the end of the day 3dmark is just a benchmark in game benchmarks are a much better way of testing than the likes of 3dmark ect

Looks right to me. 3d mark is very Nvidia centric. Not the best gauge of gpu power imo. Try Uniengine or plays some games and monitor with FRAPS. What's more important is how it looks and feels to you.

yeah compared to a few others with set up's like mine, hmmm starting to think im just looking for problems. yeah playing crysis on very high on 1080 with 4xaa and runs nicely, mass effect 2 suffers from framerate issues even on lowest. tried so many things that im gonna just write of that 20 bucks i wasted on it really. cheers guys ill try those other benchmark tools
