Sorry stupid question but can someone explain cold bugged to me. Im fairly new to the world of phase cooling and have seen it mentioned a couple of times. I'm assuming that some CPU's just cant run at sub zero temps?

Exactly that.

Some AMD processors with the IMC (Integrated Memory Controller) basically stop working at a certain sub-zero temperature. This manifests itself either as a reduction in the stable FSB, or complete failure - i.e. wont POST, etc. Tends to vary by stepping much like overclocking does normally. :(

Doesn't seem to be a problem with Conroe because it doesn't have an IMC.
