i know the technology has power saving benefits as well as some links to how it may help the development of AI..............

anyone have any information of where this technology currently is?

I found this article that says it is currently in use in some servers........

apparently the new i7 core has a variable frequency function with the whole 'turbo mode' thing as it increases the frequency on some cores and turns of others (for example)..............

is this how modern servers have a variable clock speed?

anyone know the range of the frequencies that can be used?

can this be controlled by the user at all?
