Various Macbook questions

I'm seriously considering getting a used Macbook or MBP so I have a few questions:

1) Do the older style 15" MBP's (prior to the Unibody's) have lighted keyboards?

2) Do the older style 15" MBP's have any kind of right-click on the trackpad for OSX? e.g. two fingered tap.

3) Do the older style 15" MBP's have any kind of right click when running Windows?

4) How good is an 8600M GT/9600M GT for light gaming?

5) How good is the 9400M in the 13" MB for light gaming?

6) For non-gaming I'd be plugging it into a Dell 3007WFP-HC. I believe I need a displayport to dual link DVI connector. But I've also read issues with this adapter for non-Apple screens. Have these been fixed or are they still a problem?

7) Is the trackpad on the newer Unibody MBP's and MB's really worth trying to hold out for? e.g. go for a new or refurbished Unibody 13" MB over an older 15" non-Unibody MBP with the older trackpad? From trying a few I really do like that trackpad but is it that much better in prolonged use?

8) How good is the MBP/MB sound output when playing music over headphones?

9) How much does Bootcamp cost? Or is it free?

10) Will Bootcamp allow me to dual-boot any OS, not just Windows? e.g. Linux or OpenSolaris?

Thankyou :)

9) Free, it comes with the OS.

I'll let other people go with the rest, that's a good start!

1) Yes.
2) Yes.
3) Yes.
4) It's OK, don't expect anything amazing though. It should cope fine with most stuff though.

1. Yes
2. Don't Remember, buy a mouse.
3. No
4. 8/9600M is pretty decent. It won't play Crysis well, but everything else is fine.
5. 9400M WoW should be about okay.
6. Dunno
7. The trackpad isn't the main selling point.
8. Good in OSX, bit overloud and hissy in Windows.
9. Free it's just drivers, you need to buy Windows.
10. Yes. Bootcamp is a convenience, so long as the OS supports EFI it will install.
