Various pc problems:audio dropouts,cubase crashes etc

Hi
i face a strange behaviour problem with my pc.
It is based on amd 3900x,asrock x570 steel legend,32 gb of ram.

I have some audio dropouts and sometimes my main working program freezes(cubase) .This is a behaviour that i have the last month.The previous 9 months i was working without problems.

Although i was able to run ''max gpu test'' and 3 minute test '' with success,i couldn't run the cpu coverage and ram test.
i got the message 'no perations during test period error''.

2 days ago i run also memtest86 from a usb stick and the system restarted.I don't know exactly what time it restarted cause i left it all night working but i know that the first 1-1:30 hour it was working fine.




I also run this cpu test https://cpux.net/cpu-stress-test-online and the pc restarted after 3-4 minutes running it.



i also get this message in event viewer:

Another issue i have is that...i cannot login to microsoft account.I unistalled nvidia control panel and this is the only way to reinstall it but..it is not possible.Under settings--->my account i choose ''log in '' option but nothins happens!



what do you suggest me to do?Any idea for my problem?how can i identify if it is a motherboard,cpu or power supply problem?

My crystal ball crashes always when I try to ask that from it...

And set LatencyMon to monitor DPC latency on background.

DPC latency issues are certain to cause audio issues.

I already used latency mon bu i couldn't identify the problem.It seems that everything is ok.
 
Did you monitor for long enough for audio issue to occur?
And what was the highest latencies in drivers tab?

i monitored about for 25 minutes.(running cubase simultaneously)
The strange thing is that i had some small dropouts even when latency mon didn't show me those high values for dpc and isr count .
I also noticed that when i run latency mon and run cubase at the same time the dropouts are much bigger and really annoying !
How can i I attach files so i can so you the detailed info in drivers tab?

Take screenshot of drivers tab and put it into some image sharing site.
Just don't embed image with https adress, but paste plain link.
Https hotlinking doesn't work in most image sharing sites.
