Hi guys,

just put CPU-Z on my machine to monitor things and noticed there is a fluctuation in my Core Voltage and thus my Speeds and wondering how normal this is??

Core Voltage- 1.104v (min) - 1.216V (max)
Core Speed- 1997.77 MHz (min) - 2999.81 MHz (max)

it is literally flickering between these in sync so when V drops the MHz drop as you would expect just wondering why and is there an underlying problem? all i am doing is Copy and improting photo's to Lightroom.

Machine Spec:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 3.00GHz
Gigabyte X38-DQ6
8Gb Cordsair DDR2 (4x2Gb)
Radeon HD 4870
antec earthmax 500watt

Chears

Chris
