VAT Software

I though a spreadsheet would do the job could someone possibley create me a template to do the VAT as I am useless at spreadsheet.

What i am saying is I cant even program a spreadsheet to do the calculation. I am so thick at spreadsheets but if someone can creat a template i can noramlly do the rest.
