I got an old project that needs migrating to VB 2005 it's basically written completely in modules. Is this an issue?

The problem i'm getting is that modules cannot see each other, or in some cases cannot see class's that have been referenced in the project. I find it all relates to where the code file sit, I know this is important in 2005.
