Odd request but does anyone know of any application that will let you run VBScript inside of OSX, obviously i can virtual machine it but it gets annoying and i may aswell work inside of windows then.

Thanks for anyone who replied (Probably no-one ;))

I do loads of VBS, and use virtualisation. I tend to run TextWrangler in OSX but then have a mapped drive inside the VM to a share with the scripts in.

Works well enough if you have enough screen estate. On my iMac I run the VMs in coherence/fusion mode, so you don't tend to notice the virtualisation in the way.

Thats my current setup but without fusion mode, does it make that much of a difference? Didnt enable it because i would like to keep them fairly seperate.

Makes it feel like the same environment, yes. Other than that I run the VMs on my right hand screen, and edit on my left.

Various ways of doing it. Not aware of a way of running VBScript natively though.

You can plug in another screen to your MBP. Wasn't so long ago I only had an MBP and used that plugged into a CInema screen.

Running a windowed desktop on a MBP screen is a little tiring - even on my 17". Same with using Spaces to virtualise whole desktops. That's why I use the coherence mode, works well enough.

Will monitor this thread as interested in other inputs.

Very little space on my desktop's desk so the MBP screen would get in the way anyway.
I tend to maximise the VM on a seperate desktop and use the gesture to swap desktop, doesnt work too badly.

Just prefer a native way, but couldnt find one myself.
