VBulletin question!

Hello all, im currently working on a website, which is a VBulletin forum, now i've setup and played with VB before but i've never really modded it.

Im basically looking for a mainpage addition (or function) so I can make posts onto an announcements homepage, an example is -

www.dtguilds.com

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated,

Have a look at this site: http://www.vbulletin.org

They have loads of mods for VB and no doubt will have the sort of thing you are looking for.
