VCore increasing automatically?

I have E6300-2GB CORSAIR XMS PC6400- GIGABYTE DS3. I overclocked it to 2065MHZ but the Volts have been raised to 1.45 automatically! Is this necessary or can it be turned off?

Are your BIOS vCore setting on Auto?? If so, set to Manual
