VCORE or CPU Core? - SpeedFan

Hi Folks,

Trying to get my system stable at 3420Mhz, am getting Fatal Errors in Prime usually after a few hours. Im sure its voltage related and have been increasing notch by notch until stable.

Trouble is this, in speed fan when i set the BIOS CPU Core at 1.4525v i get the following readings under full load:

VCORE 1.52v (in SpeedFan settings, it says the chip is "Winbond W83627DHG")
CPU Core 1.37 (chip "uGuruP35-Pro) which i believe is correct accounting for vDrop

These then drop to the following at idle:
VCORE 1.5v
CPU Core 1.34v

But im concerned with the VCORE above 1.5v as i know its not wise to increase the voltage above this. Also, theres no sign of vDroop at all, unless ive got my ideas wrong as i thought its supposed to decrease the volts under load.

Anyway, can anyone clear this up for me? Im very confused, and whilst ive been told to believe the CPU Core voltage (which is the same in CPU-Z) by one member on here, I really dont like seeing the VCORE voltage of 1.52v! So would like some confirmation as to which of these voltages is correct, whether i should be concerned with the VCORE reading and what its actually refering to?

Many thanks in advance!

Thats what ive been told and am not discounting it, but where is the 1.5v reading coming from? What is the Windbond Chip and how does it come up with this reading? From the reading ive done, i thought that it was a chip on the motherboard itself.

The VCORE seems odd as today its gone down to 1.42v without any changes in the BIOS. Can anyone explain what the Winbond is and whether its values are accurate? Ive seen its a sensor type on motherboards, but beyond that im unable to find anything else with regards to accuracy of readings.
