Hi

Is vcore directly connected to FSB or the actual Mhz?

8*400 = 1.38 stable, I'm assuming 9*356 will also need 1.38 to be stable aswell?

Cheers for answering

well changing the FSB alters the Mhz of the CPU as MHZ = FSB * Multiplier

In general more vcore = higher clock speeds, but you will find that the amount you need is not liner i.e. to a point you might get an equal increase in speed for each increase in vcore but then you will find you need ever increasing vcore to get the same level of clock speed increase

In theory yes. But some people find that they can run one on lower voltage than the other. You *may* need more chipset voltage to run the 400x8.
