running 1.4vcore at 3.20 ghz, that seem too high or ok ?

Seems fine to me, is that the minimum or can you go lower and still be stable?

havent tried yet to be honest, ill give it a try once p95 gets to its 1 hour mark

ok got my vcore at 1.38v and my ram at 1.8v, sound ok ? also which is the best stress test, is it prime 95 ?

Think that vcore looks ok, checked a few other threads and folks had 1.5-1.6v for higher clocks 3.6 - 3.8GHz, some running for over 18months at those voltages. Is that vcore setting in the bios or reading it from cpu-z? I normally use the 2 core prime 95 to test, usually does the trick ok in identifying a system that won't be stable long term. There are others out there but not really used them.
