VCR conversion TV card?! help if possible!

hey there, building a new rig for my dad and need a Video editing card. it needs to have the following:
> VCR video conversion to harddrive or DVD
> Digital/ analog tv tuner
> under £65 if possible

can anyone help me here, i know its a niche subject and i dont know anything about them to be honest, i am getting an X700 AGP 128mb to go with it.

but main thing is the whole VCR conversion and software with it (main perpose of me building him the pc for backup of old VCRs)

Most TV cards will record to your hard drive. You just need the right input.

Not sure how good they are but the Compro cards seem to have more inputs than most.
