Vdroop is when your system is at load the vcore will drop slightly from the idle voltage. Load line calibration will compensate for this by adding voltage at load. Say you are stable at 1.25V but at load it will drop to 1.23V, if you add to the load line calibration it will raise the load voltage.
Vdrop is the difference between the BIOS set voltage and actual voltage iirc.
