Good find on the backup software, been using the monitoring ones for a while.
Has its uses.

Using at home for my lab and it rocks big time no brainer, recently rebuilt my esxi box to include 2nd raid card and it took me 3 hours to backup and restore 400gb (6vms).

Seriously easy to use. Also use the B&r at work to replicate to our dr centre. Replication over 100mb wan is a dream.
