Vega 56 Driver constantly crashing

As title, I bought a new card a couple of months ago, have reinstalled the drivers multiple times, including with driver cleaners and have now even resorted to a fresh install of windows, tried fan settings, tried various wattman settings to stop it ramping up in power, 50% extra power, standard balanced, doesn't matter what I do or what game I play the drivers randomly crash, BFV, Division 2, World of tanks, FFXIV drivers crash!

Anyone got any advice? I was using two R9 290X before and had been for years and never had a driver crash once in all that time, wishing I hadn't bothered buying this card right now and very tempted to send it back for a refund!

No idea what to do, someone please help.

Are you using two separate power connectors for the card? What PSU are you using?

It is yes, its corsair 850w that was running two R9 290X before, its two seperate rails, not sure on the exact model though.

Has the card always behaved this way since you got it? I'd have had it RMA'd within a week if that was happening with a brand new card. I'd say it's almost certainly faulty, given the lengths you've gone to to rule out a software issue. The only problem is that you might now have to wait on a repair rather than being able to get a refund or replacement, if you've had it for a couple of months.

It has done it since day one, unfortunately I bought it for Division 2 and I thought it was the game crashing constantly as there were reports of that being the case, its only the last couple of weeks now I have started playing other games again i have realised its with everything.

Definitely save yourself the headache and just RMA the card.
