Which is the better buy right now?

My last purchase was nearly 3 years ago and it was a Fury X

I do currently have a BenQ Freesync 27" Monitor

My monitor is 1440p

Should vega 64 run pretty high settings on most the new stuff?

New assasins creed/battlefield 5 etc
