Wrote before. MSI AB & RTSS overlay create issues with AMD cards especially with Vulcan.
You need to remove it and use the AMD overlay

tried without ab installed it doesnt alter anything but 2 secs ill try again

Long shot, but have you tried running the games without MSI Afterburner running in the background?

I literally couldn't even properly launch Killing Floor 2 with MSI AB running.

Marine yes just tried same problem panos according to doom vulkan wasnt being used openGL was ive switched to vulkan and its made it worse
