Vegan recipes?

Got a vegan couple coming to dinner at ours, figured I would make the whole meal plant-based.
I'm not all that familiar with plant-based cooking, does anyone have any recipes they can recommend?

In the end I went cauliflower "fajitas"

Basically cauliflower roasted with peppers and onions covered in a little oil and fajita seasoning.
Served with a salsa/guacamole mix and salad

Was actually quite tasty, I would make again but I'd probably add some yoghurt to the mix which makes it no longer plant based.
