have any of you guys played r6v online recently???? every1 says its dead due 2 lack of support....even rumours going around saying ubishaft is not going to support it anymore.....the game should be with me tomorrow and im just wondering wether to send it back.....coz if multiplayer is dead then whats the point

I doubt its one of those worth buying. I have herd its a really bad port and runs really bad even on good systems. I downloaded the patches for mine which I got for free last night and there were a few multi player fixes. But the multi player wouldnt be as good as other games anyway. Might be worth waiting for Ghost Recon 2 if it comes out on pc.
Whilst I know it is out of keeping with the rest of the series, I really enjoyed the SP campaign. It was nice to not need to think about anything.

if your getting it for multiplayer then ye its not worth getting, but the single player and 4 player co-op are really good.
it does have some performance problems especially when going through certain doors but for the most part it ran really well for me and looked great, heres a screen i took.

The co-op is run over the internet or lan and has 2 modes, u can play through the single player missions with upto 4 people or u can play on muliplayer maps against a set number of terrorists.The single player co-op is really good fun especially with 4 friends on teamspeak and it seems a lot harder than the normal single player especially with no respawns on.
