Veiwsonic Replacement

I got a Viewsonic replacement monitor as i was having issues with my VX2235wm. The person I spoke too, said they would collect the faulty one when they delivered the replacement. Well new monitor has been here couple of weeks, but courier wouldn't take old one as there was no invoice for a return and no one has called since.

Whats the chances that someone will call to collect it ? My folk are always in as both retired so no courier has been missed.

I dont think they'll be back.

I purchased a vx924 last March and had to return it. It was sent next day and was collected at the same time. The replacement then died and again it was collected as the new one was delivered. Again that died and i was given a vx922
again delivered next day and the old one picked up so i would definitely say that they wont be picking that one up.
