Vello 2m TTL cable (ocs-c6) with Canon pin-out alternative advice required

..for use with Nissin I60 (fuji XT2). Apparrently I cant find one over here and purchasing from the States doubles the cost with postage. There are no camera shops in my area so cannot ask locally for a cheaper alternative that would work. Are there any Canon or Fuji users that can suggest an available alternative? Thanks.

Apparrently you can use any Canon TTL cable and since the initial suggestion came from the Angry Photographer I decided to ask him. He recommended the Vello because he considered it better quality.
