So did the level 1 accreditation (at last) at the local velodrome last night in Derby.... Very intimidating I have to say. Hard as hell on the legs anyone else done this ? Was running out of steam very quickly.

@merlin does track quite a bit, I would love to but don’t have one local to me

Indeed, I have an outdoor velodrome 2 miles down the road.

Proper warm up and ensure you fuel correctly is my two top tips! Any particular questions feel free to ask.
