Vengeance Ryzen tuned memory running at incorrect clock and timings

Hey guys, thought I'd ask the experts here as I've exhausted my brain on this enough times.

I bought this Ryzen tuned memory a while back -> link
which advertises 3600 MHZ clock speed and timings of 18-22-22-42.

To use this profile I enabled DOCP in the BIOS, and it appears correct until I boot to windows. Then I get these speeds and timings:

Task Manager says my Memeory speed is 2666 MHz

Any idea's what could be going on?

Try setting the speed and main timings manually, you will also need to set dram voltage to 1.35
