Oh my word, I've just installed an A64 3200, it's using a Thermaltake SI120 for cooling so I thought I'd overclock it a little, straight to 2.4ghz and under load the CPU temp is still under 35 degrees, I'm stunned, can I expect more from this processor?

Have mine at 2.6 and reckon I could go higher but have yet to try it.
At the moment a cheapo Asrock 939SLI-Esata2, I'm up to 2.7ghz now, voltage adjustment is set to auto, cpu temp is 32 degrees, up to 34 under load and it appears to be exceptionally stable. It takes a bit to impress me, I was expecting the CPU/Motherboard to just give me a stable system and certainly didn't expect it to be such a good clocker.
lol there awesome clockers, mine eventually packs in at 2.9! running at 2.6 all the time now though, its 100% stable, fast enough for anything i do and running very cool with my zalman CNPS9500 monstrosity, only overclocking problems i have had were motherboard BIOS problems, glad you like the processor though
Turns out the Asrock board (even with the latest bios) only let's you wang a maximum of 1.45 volts into the processor so I've reached a ceiling at 2.6, might try one of them ocworkbench unofficial bios's, or buy a new board.
