What are the real world differences between the two?

Venice 3500+ 512k L2 2.2GHz (clocked to 2.5GHz?)

San Diego 3700+ 1MB L2 2.2GHz (clocked to 2.7GHz?)

I would run it clocked obviously. In brackets are what I would guess them to clock to typically on standard cooler.
