has anyone tried a venom nano on a i5-750 or similer cpu
just looking for something quick to swap in for a mild overclock or just to leave at stock and cool better then stock running about 70 on full load atm

any other coolers to look fitting in a antec 300
but would prefer not to remove my motherboard built it myself but not the most confident if things go wrong
 
You need to be careful installing those push pin coolers without removing the motherboard.

It can take quite a lot of force to push the pins in and the motherboard has no support underneath apart from where the mounting screws are.

You don't want to break the motherboard.
 
thats a good point if my memory is right fitted the original on the motherboard box to stop that problem
