I'm having problems with poor quality and echo on headset microphone in ventrilo.
Latest version of Vent is being used, 3.0.0. Plantronics Audio 350 Headset with Realtek HD Audio my onboard sound. I'm pretty sure my microphone is not the problem as it worked perfectly with my old computer and is working well whenever I test it outside of vent. So it has to be a problem with my Realtek HD Audio and/or Vent set up, which I am pretty clueless about how to go about tweaking.

My mic playback setup has rear pink in and front pink in muted.
