Verso Delphi HTPC - Antec 350 Micro Fusion - How do you use wake on Lan..?

Hi Guys.

I bought a HTPC for Xmas from OCUK. I am wondering if I can remotely boot the computer over the network? Is it possible? Ive heard of 'WakeOnLan' but dont known how it works etc..
