Bought a Vertagear SL-2000 in late November last year and in the last couple of days the seat pad fabric has started to break down.
Contacted OC UK who are saying it's not their issue and I need to contact Vertagear directly. Surely this can't be right?? I was under the impression that your first 12 months warranty should be with the point of sale and not the manufacturer. Anyone else had these issues?
