Hi Guys,
I bought this Chair around May 2018, now I love this chair!
Now since I bought this chair the arm rest heights were ever slow slightly different, but didn't bother me.
This chair now I literally can't sit back in the chair since about 4 month ago to catch just will not lock in place and the chair reclines.
I've been in contact with Vertagear and they've asked for photos and they noticed there is a flaw in the frame looks like a bend when you come to eye level with the base of chair. This explains the arm rest height. They mentioned this is not right and are willing to provide a replacement.
Now this has been ongoing for 2 and a half months some emails are now being ignored and not responding to me. They have my address and shipping information, but will not tell me if or when I will receive this.
I'm now sat with a £360 gaming chair I can't use and now just can't get comfortable as I'm using a kitchen table chair at the moment as I cannot sit back in this chair as it will just recline. I literally don't know what to do as Vertagear just say they will send when they can as it's busy. I feel my warranty isn't going to get honored. But the fact if I order a new one from them it would be within 5 business days.
Where do I go from here? I would appreciate any help possible.
